Of the over 2000 cycle mechanics that we have trained, many have come to us from as far a field as the Shetlands and Channel Isles in the UK. However, our trainees are not restricted to these shores, many others have come from America, Australia, Finland, France, Brazil, Denmark, Eire, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia and Spain.
Our training is above the British Standards set by the National Vocational Qualifications level 2 & 3, the City & Guilds Accreditation and the Association of Cycle Traders "CYTECH" Accreditation.
There are many successful shops and mechanics that have sought our training and assistance to set up in the cycle trade.

(2010) "Not knowing what to expect on day one I think that we were VERY pleasantly surprised by the balance of talk and practical activity. All too often have I heard that when the talk goes on too long people switch off. You had the perfect balance whereby after a short discussion, note taking and an "any questions?" we were straight into the practical aspect.....OUTSTANDING! It made for such a great time that it was very difficult this Monday to believe that I wasn't going to be back there for yet another week. Your kindness, experience, delivery and sense of humour - even when we got things wrong - made for a perfect learning environment and for that I really do thank you! Again MANY, MANY thanks for such a wonderful time at the Bike-Inn."

(2010) "Thanks for a great couple of weeks that have opened my eyes to a great level of cycle maintenance. Although I didn't say it at the time, on reflection, I feel the set up you have at the Bike-Inn would give any other company a good run for it's money. Having experienced many other courses, I won't be doing anymore maintenance courses with anyone else."

(2010)" Hi Alf and Teresa, I would like to just give you a big thank you for a very good course, as a retired teacher I've been to many courses over the years the majority were 'rubbish' with providers thinking they were the 'bees knees' - yours was just right, a good balance of theory, practical and 'banter'. When you go on a course where the providers are extremely knowledgeable and the content spot on it is quite refreshing, I really enjoyed it and gained a huge amount of knowledge and confidence on 'fixing' bikes. I'm very pleased with my new bike and quite proud of putting it together with the help of Teresa and yourself. I might also have my first wheel building job! Thanks once again to you both."
